A side plate (14) continuously rises from both sides of a top plate (13) connected along a surface which transverses an intake tappet guide and an exhaust tapper guide. One portion of the upper surface of the top plate is connected to an intake tappet hole (4) or to an exhaust tappet hole (5). The intake tappet guide forms the intake tappet hole which guides the tappet of an intake valve driven by an intake side cam shaft. The exhaust tappet guide forms the exhaust tappet hole which guides the tappet of an exhaust valve driven by an exhaust side cam shaft.
