A controller regulates a second radio communication system to start communications using a second communication channel if a third channel is found to be identical with a first communication channel. The controller regulates the second system to switch from the second channel to the third channel if the signal from a first radio communication system is undetectable. If the signal of the first system is detected, communication is done by the second radio communication system. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a radio communication method; and (B) a radio communication program.
