Flag design with constant shape has integral stiffening using flexible stays and is fitted with flexible loops to fit to the flagpole

A flag design with constant shape, even with no wind present, has the shape (2) fitted with stiffening stays (4) around the shape and/or across the shape. The flag is fitted with flexible loops (7) which hold it on the flagpole. The bottom of the flag has a ballast weight (8) to hold the flag vertical. Air slots (13) provide a stable position in wind.
