Dynamic stabiliser for archery bow has a number of parallel rods held onto sliding adjusters by external elastic grips and with fixed end pieces
A dynamic stabiliser for an archery bow has a number of parallel rods (10) in a circular array between two fixed end flanges. One flange (11) is fastened onto the bow (8) while the other flange includes a ballast mass. Sliding spacers (17a) are positioned between the fixed ends and enable the archer to fine tune the effects of the stabiliser. The spacers have outer grooves into which are fitted the rods. In order to improve the grip, and prevent uncontrolled displacement of the sliders, elastic ties (23) are wound around the outside of each slider. These can be elastic bands or elastic hollow elements.
