The system has a finned cooling body, heat conducting tubes and an adapter system for accommodating the heat absorbing ends of the tubes which is made of copper and/or aluminum and/or graphite for thermal coupling. The cooling body consists of fins with bores and/or through openings with and/or without raised edges. The ends of the tubes that give off heat are inserted into the bores and the adapter is spring mounted without gaps on the electronic components by pressing.
