The positioning unit has two blocks (3) that are accommodated in such a manner that elastic rods (11) are attached on the blocks, and movable with respect to a framework of a training machine. Two positioning discs (2), each has apertures and outlets for interconnecting positioning cavities of the discs and the blocks with each other, so that the gradient of the rods is modified if the blocks are moved with respect to the framework. Each block has openings to make the movement/adjustment of a positioning device (4) and a connection with a secure stub bolt and a nut.
