The system has an activating device comprising a control button (11) that moves a blocking piece (4) from one position to another position, when the button is pressed to active position. An axis (Z) of an orifice is inclined with an axis (Z) by an angle when the piece (4) is in former position. The axis (Z) is inclined with the axis (Z) by an angle lesser than former angle when the piece (4) is in the latter position. The axis (Z) inclined with the axis (Z) blocks a smooth rod (2) when the blocking piece (4) is in the former position and frees the rod when the piece (4) is in the latter position.
