A wheel air-valve cap is made reflecting and florescent with the cap provided with reflecting and florescent material. The design can be arbitrarily carried out with the use of diverse materials. A power cell, an electric incandescent bulb or a LED and a mini-centrifugal switch is integrated with corresponding circuit.
