A method for analyzing gene expression frequency which comprises constructing a vector primer having a cDNA bonded thereto by synthesizing the cDNA from mRNA with the use of a vector primer having a poly(T) sequence; tagging the cDNA sequence on the vector primer; linking the thus obtained tag via a sequence capable of recognizing the tag terminal to thereby form a concatemer; and then analyzing the base sequence of this concatemer.
