PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably avoid an understeer state by engine output reduction control and gear ratio control of a continuously variable transmission when an understeer state of a predetermined state or more occurs during turning of a vehicle.;SOLUTION: The vehicle is provided with an attitude controller controlling attitude of the vehicle in a yawing direction during turning by controlling engine output and braking force, and the continuously variable transmission capable of continuously varying a gear ratio. It is composed so that when the understeer state of the predetermined state or more occurs during turning, driving torque of the vehicle is reduced by engine output reduction control and the gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission is controlled so as to suppress changes of vehicular driving torque following the engine output reduction control.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
