The system executes commands for generation of an event and inserting the event in the list of events to process, and determining in the list of events close to the event to be processed, and controlling the triggering of a counter at the date of expiry of the event, and actuated by the triggering of the counter, with a processing supervisor (50) transmitting the event to be processed.
