The valve has a trim valve unit (VE1) equipped of an annular groove (56). An O-ring seal (52) is fitted in the annular groove. The unit (VE1) cooperates with a trim valve unit (VE2) forming a support seat for the seal. The seal is deformable between a resting configuration and a deformed configuration. The seal has an annular plane shape in resting configuration and has a conical shape in the deformed configuration. An independent claim is also included for a brake control device comprising a pneumatic valve.
