The swimming goggles have a left connector (2) and right connector (3) that connect together in the middle of a connecting frame (5). An outer surface (20,30) and an inner surface (21,31) have an insertion section (22,32) between the outer surface for insertion of lenses (9) that also has a mounting opening (24,34) that is defined by the connectors. An adjuster (4) is build into the mounting opening for adjusting the fit of the goggles.
