The device has LEDs of simple or mixed colors (1) that are fixed to an end of a watertight box (3) containing a battery (6). The LEDs is also fixed to an end of an electric wire (2), and the frequency of light emitted by the LEDs is adjusted using a potentiometer according to the desire of a user. A phototransistor system permits lighting of the device during night fall. An independent claim is also included for a LED device.
