The device has a plane optical part (1) made of a transparent material with a refractive index equal to that of glass. Threaded axles (10) are fixed with the part to allow sliding and adjustment of a printed circuit (3) on which light emitting diodes (LED) are placed and locking of the LEDs, facing optical cavities of the part (1), in a focal position by an adjusting nut (11) and a locking nut (12) to form a light beam.
