The process involves providing an estimation of a communication, made by a user of a user terminal over a communication medium, by another user for sending it to a server. The estimation concerning the former user is processed and an evaluation is assigned to the former user. An authority to provide new communication is assigned to the former user, based on the evaluation. An independent claim is also included for a collaborative work device.
