PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold for casting a polycrystalline silicon ingot to inexpensively manufacture a high-quality silicon ingot.;SOLUTION: The casting mold for silicon casting has a release material film on the inner surface and functions to melt a silicon source material or hold a silicon melt inside, to solidify and then to cool.
