PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have an image pick-up area of a CMOS sensor corresponded to an image pick-up area of a vision sensor. PSOLUTION: A pixel circuit 11_pq of a CMOS sensor and pixel circuit 12_xy of a vision sensor are arranged in an effective pixel area Area_1 of a sensor 101. A pursuit equipment performs control in such a state that an objective picture stays in the effective pixel area Area_1 when it pursues an object P with this sensor 101. When the objective picture moves away from the effective pixel area Area_1, the pursuit equipment feeds a drive control signal to an attitude controller so that the picture may move back into the effective pixel area Area_1.
