PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant vector for detection of mutagenicity for directly detecting mutagenicity of a sample to be detected in a human cell, and the human cell and to provide a method for detecting mutagenicity. PSOLUTION: In the recombinant vector, when the vector itself is mutated by a sample to be examined, a reporter gene is translated so as to function as a reporter and when the vector itself is not mutated by the sample to be examined, a regulatory gene for controlling translation of the reporter gene so that the reporter gene is not translated is inserted into the upstream of the reporter gene.
