PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the coordination processing between channels required when, for example, providing a new financial commodity or service flexibly and efficiently.;SOLUTION: A financial institution channel coordination system comprises a channel control unit on a delivery channel element device; and a channel coordination device that houses the channel control unit and can be connected to a host device and an external device. The channel coordination device comprises a communication control section for absorbing the difference in a communication protocol for each channel; a workflow definition section for storing the definition of a workflow in which a plurality of channels are coordinated; a workflow processing section for storing a work program that becomes the processing unit of a workflow and processes an instruction work; a workflow control section for executing the workflow definition whose processing has been requested; and a client information management section for performing the mapping processing of a client information identifier and client information for each channel for providing, when a work program being processed needs to acquire the client information from a prescribed channel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
