PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly and efficiently handle interchannel coordination necessary, for example, at the provision of a new financial instrument or service. PSOLUTION: A financial institution channel coordination system for interconnecting a plurality of channels out of delivery channels and supply channels of a financial institution comprises channel control apparatus implemented in delivery channel component apparatus, and a channel coordination apparatus accommodating the channel control apparatus and connectable with an upper apparatus or external apparatus. The channel coordination apparatus comprises a communication control part for absorbing communication protocol differences among the channels, a workflow definition part for storing definitions of workflows coordinating a plurality of channels, a workflow processing part for storing work programs in processing units capable of forming part of the workflows, and processing specified work, and a workflow control part for executing a processing-requested defined workflow.
