PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the coordination processing between channels required when, for example, providing a new financial commodity or service flexibly and efficiently.;SOLUTION: A financial institution channel coordination system comprises a channel control unit mounted on a delivery channel element device in a financial institution; and a channel coordination device that houses the channel control unit and can be connected to a host device and an external device. The channel coordination device comprises a communication control section for absorbing the difference in a communication protocol for each channel; a workflow definition section for storing the definition of a workflow in which a plurality of channels are coordinated; a workflow processing section for storing a work program that is the processing unit of a workflow and processes an instruction work; a workflow control section for executing the workflow definition whose processing has been requested; and a workflow editing section for editing a workflow definition or a work program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
