PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroless plating method for uniformly forming a plated film even with a thickness of 1 μm or larger and with adequate adhesiveness, on a glass substrate made from a glass material.;SOLUTION: This plating method comprises the processes of: subjecting the substrate made from the glass material sequentially to at least the steps of glass activation treatment S2, silane coupling agent treatment S3, Pd catalyzing treatment S4 and Pd coupling treatment S5; then forming a plating film with a thickness of 0.02 μm to 0.5 μm through an electroless plating step S6; subjecting it to anneal treatment S7 at a temperature between 200°C and 350°C; and forming a plated film on the plated and annealed film by electroless plating S8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
