PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and high-performance culturing method for culturing cells while applying mechanical load to a rotational culturing apparatus and to provide a culturing apparatus and a culturing method capable of culturing various kinds of cells under aseptic condition enabling long-term culture.;SOLUTION: A culture medium and cells are packed into a culture medium tank and rotated by a rotational driving apparatus. A rotational loading apparatus is installed in the culture medium tank and when the interior of the tank is rotated, a load piston in the interior is vertically moved and load and pressure are applied through a partition sheet to the culture medium. Further, the culture medium tank is vibrated by a vertical vibration driving apparatus. As a result, pulse which fetus receives from a mother body and pressure of body fluid by respiration and dynamic physical irritation in walking, exercise, etc., are regenerated in vitro in the above apparatus for carrying out rotatinal culture under loading and pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
