A rotationally-moulded load-carrying apparatus is disclosed. The rotationally-moulded load-carrying apparatus comprises: at least 10% by weight HDPE; at least 10% by weight of a filler comprising sand; a unifier comprising a fatty acid amide; wherein the load- carrying apparatus comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, the layers having different compositions. A moulding tool for rotationally moulding a product from a plastics-based material comprises a tool base having an internal shape corresponding to the external shape of the product and an internal surface comprising a silica-based material.
