PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic trade contract method and automatic contract machine capable of concluding the trade contract in a non-face-to-face state.;SOLUTION: The automatic trade contract method comprises the following steps 1-8. (1) A customer selects a desired trade from a plurality of guide displays and submits a trade application form. (2) The customer provides documents for specifying the person, and a contract managing company reads them and determines the person.
