PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerating processing method and a device of waste slurry, capable of regenerating the waste slurry in a slurry-use type processing apparatus, while restraining cost, with a simple constitution. PSOLUTION: This regenerating processing device has a suction delivery means 31 for recovering and sending out the waste slurry to a centrifugal separator, an agitating means 32 for agitating the waste slurry, and a moving part 33 for carrying a recovery tank 30. The waste slurry is recovered from a slurry tank 12 of the slurry-use type processing apparatus, and the recovery tank is carried up to the centrifugal separator arranged in the vicinity of this apparatus independently of the slurry-use type processing apparatus. The waste slurry of the recovery tank is sent out to the centrifugal separator by using the suction delivery means, and a reusable abrasive grain in the waste slurry is separated by the centrifugal separator, and this separated reusable abrasive grain is mixed in a carriable agitating tank 40 in addition to new oil and a new abrasive grain. The agitating tank is carried up to the vicinity of the slurry tank, and regenerated slurry in the agitating tank is sent out to the slurry tank, and is reused for processing a work of the slurry-use type processing apparatus.
