PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer and a garbage treating method efficiently decomposing garbage generated in houses and kitchens without requiring much labor, and a garbage moisture separation apparatus used for the garbage disposer and treating method.;SOLUTION: This garbage disposer is provided with a cylindrical body having a water-permeating wall, a garbage charging port at an upper part of one end and a garbage discharge port at a lower part of the other end; the garbage moisture separation apparatus having a sending screw coaxially inserted and fit to the cylindrical body and rotating, and with a shaft of the cylindrical body tilted upward in relation to the horizontal line toward the other end from the one end; and a garbage fermentation tank having a charging port communicated with the garbage discharge port.
