PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separation apparatus by which the recovering amount and recovering rate of solids, and maintainability can be improved, and by which the solids after solid-liquid separation can be smoothly taken out. SOLUTION: This solid-liquid separation apparatus is provided with an outer hull 81 with a discharge port 93 for discharging solids and a drain port 81D for draining liquid, a solid-liquid separation filter 83, a solid-liquid separation screw 86, a discharge screw 101, and a solid-liquid separation motor. The solid- liquid separation screw 86 and the discharge screw 101 are rotated by the solid- liquid separation motor. The object introduced into the solid-liquid separation filter 83 is conveyed in the direction of the discharge port 93 by the solid-liquid separation screw 86, and then is transferred in the direction of an outlet 93A of the discharge port 93 by the discharge screw 101.
