PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring device to determine whether or not a subject to be examined when detecting the biological information of the subject is in a static condition, etc.;SOLUTION: In the biological information measuring device, an operating state and a S/N ratio, which are obtained from a biological information sensor 105, and a mounting rate, which is obtained from a mounting sensor, are related to biological information, and the biological information (a pulse rate) can be sorted out and outputted with optional reliability.
