PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new Mizuhiki returning to soil even if it is left as it is.;SOLUTION: The Mizuhiki has a surface-decorating material comprising a synthetic resin film formed on the surface of a paper-twisted core made of paper. The surface-decorating material is formed out of the biodegradable synthetic resin film having an aluminum-deposited layer on the surface. The biodegradable synthetic resin film hardly generating a noxious gas, e.g. a polylactic acid film is used as the synthetic resin film. As a result, the Mizuhiki including the paper-twisted core is degradable in the natural world. Therefore, time and effort for classification is not required in disposal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
