METHANE FERMENTATION TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR ORGANIC WASTE SUCH AS LIVESTOCK WASTE AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel methane fermentation treatment system for an organic waste such as a livestock waste capable of being established at a low cost and being operated at a low cost, and its operation method. PSOLUTION: The methane fermentation treatment system is provided with a digestion tank 1 for producing methane gas G by fermenting the organic waste such as the livestock waste; a digestive liquid treatment device 2 for performing operation for treating a digestive liquid L0 discharged from the digestion tank 1; and an energy conversion device 3 for obtaining a heat energy and an electric energy from the methane gas G. In the treatment system, the organic waste such as the livestock waste is effectively utilized as a compost while utilizing the heat energy and the electric energy obtained in the energy conversion device 3 in the digestion tank 1 and the digestive liquid treatment device 2. The digestive liquid treatment device 2 is provided with a heat pump type evaporation device. Since excessive sludge always produced in an active sludge method is not generated, it is not again returned to the digestion tank 1 and it is not required to perform re-treatment.
