PROVIDED SERVICE VALUE EVALUATION METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily follow a change in using a service when an effect, which a user enjoys by using the service, is evaluated by a payoff model.;SOLUTION: Sub-payoff models, which are selected based on the fact that the payoff model of a service-using user is expressed by the combination of at least two types of sub-payoff models among four types of fundamental sub-payoff models, are read into a memory, and a payoff value is computed by the addition of the payoff functions of the sub-payoff models read under a common explanation variable to the sub-payoff models. An uncertain state, in which the service-using user will use the service in future, can be coped with by applying a probability model to the explanation variables of the sub-payoff models.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
