PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dubious person report system capable of surely specifying a dubious person even in a multiple dwelling house with many entering and leaving persons and quickly reporting to the outside that a dubious person comes into the multiple dwelling house.;SOLUTION: This dubious person report system is provided with a monitoring camera for catching a person coming into the multiple dwelling house, an image detecting means for detecting a facial image of the person coming into the house from an image pickup signal by the monitoring camera, an image pickup database for storing data of coming into the house of the person including the facial image, a resident database in which resident data including a facial image are registered, a face authenticating means for determining whether or not the person coming into the house is a resident from the data of the person coming into the house and the resident data, a dubiously moving person determining means for determining whether or not a non-resident is a dubiously moving person from data of a non-resident coming into the house and predetermined dubious movement conditions, a management center for specifying a dubious person from data of the dubiously moving person including a facial image, a dubious person determining means for determining whether a non-resident is a dubious person from dubious person data including a facial image and the data of the non-resident coming into the house and a reporting means for reporting to the outside when the dubious person comes into the house.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
