PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for collecting and providing information for indicating a moving state of a product; and a technology for providing the information for indicating the moving state of the product in an easily usable form.;SOLUTION: A position information acquiring device 100 is used for successively recording acquired position information by acquiring the position information for indicating a location position on the basis of a received signal by receiving a radio wave. This device is packed in a packing material 200 together with a carrying object M, and operated in a movable state.
