PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect access history information on an IP network at small cost.;SOLUTION: An access history information collecting system 100 includes a plurality of edge routers 11 and an access history information collecting device 72 for collecting access history information when a user terminal device 6 accesses a content server device 51, in an IP network. The access history information collecting device 72 includes: a collector which receives records including a sender IP address or the like of a packet flowing in the IP network from the edge routers 11, and concentrates the records into flow statistics information; a reverse resolution unit which obtains information such as a domain name corresponding to the flow statistics information from a DNS server or the like in the IP network, using the flow statistics information; a tagging unit which identifies the kind of application based on a sender port number of the packet; and an access history information accumulation unit for accumulating access history information where information such as the domain name is added to the flow statistics information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
