PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource recovery device, resource recovery system, and resource recovery method capable of charging the cost of the resource recovery by grasping an resource recovery amount discharged by an individual or a company while protecting the privacy of the individual or the company discharging the resource as waste and the classified information of a company manufacturing or selling commercial products that become resources.;SOLUTION: The resource recovery device 103 is provided with a read out processing part 171 reading out commercial product identification information 109 given to a resource 104 discharged as waste, a segregation processing part 172 deciding classification from the segregation information 108 of the commercial identification information 109, an output processing part 175 displaying the classification in a display part 155 and outputting it from a speaker 156, and a rewrite processing part 174 rewriting the commercial identification information 109. It is further provided with a counting processing part 177 counting the recovery amount of the resource 104 classified by the segregation processing part 172.
