JELLY-LIKE FOOD PACKED IN HERMETICALLY SEALED CONTAINER WITH MOUTHPIECE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connected mass-like jelly-like food packed in a hermetically sealed container with a mouthpiece, enabling normal temperature distribution for 9 months when heat history is minimal, having peculiar stretch and palate feeling like softened springy devil's tongue and continuously eatable with weak sucking power, and to provide a method for producing the jelly-like food.;SOLUTION: The jelly-like food packed in the hermetically sealed container with the mouthpiece can be eaten through sucking by the mouth from the container with the mouthpiece. The food contains (a) carageenan having a gelling temperature of 27-35°C, (b) Locust bean gum and (c) devil's tongue refined flour.
