JELLY-LIKE FOOD PACKED IN HERMETICALLY SEALED PACKAGE WITH MOUTHPIECE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly-like food packed in a hermetically sealed package with a mouthpiece having peculiar extension, preservable for such a long period of time as 9 months at normal temperature even when having minimal heat history, having peculiar springy force like that of devil's tongue regardless of an amount of soluble solid, and made so as to continuously suck out a linked mass-like jelly food with weak sucking power: and to provide a method for producing the food. PSOLUTION: The jelly-like food packed in a hermetically sealed package with a mouthpiece is structured so as to be sucked out with the mouth from a mouthpiece-attached package to eat, and contains the following ingredients: (a) carageenan having a gelling temperature of 27-35C; (b) Locust bean gum; (c) devil's tongue refined flour; and (d) xanthan gum.
