PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid treatment device and a waste liquid treatment method where treatment efficiency is satisfactory, cost is also low, and treatment capacity is high as well.;SOLUTION: The waste liquid treatment device for treating a waste liquid comprising zirconium ions is provided with: an electrolytic reaction means comprising an electrolytic cell, a feeding means for feeding a waste liquid to the inside of the electrolytic cell, a discharging means for discharging the liquid to be treated in the electrolytic cell, an electrode installed in the electrolytic cell, a power source connected to the electrode, a stirring means for stirring the liquid to be treated in the electrolytic cell, and an output controlling means for controlling the output of the power source; and a separating means for separating the treated liquid after electrolysis treatment into a solid and liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
