PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shining stairs non-slip with the power failure time long hour lighting function. PSOLUTION: An LED light emitter is installed on a conventional non-slip. A non-slip with the light emitter is lighted for a specific time by supplying electricity from a DC power source even if an AC power source is cut off with a power source as a double power source of the AC power source and the DC power source; and is composed of a non-slip with an LED installing part, a switching power source battery and an LED light emitter. An electric current normally converted into a direct current by a switching power source from a domestic power source, flows to the light emitter, and emits the light.
