SPRAY LIQUID PREPARED BY MIXING DECOCTION OF SWERTIAE HERBA DISLIKED BY CROW OR CAT IN AQUEOUS PASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that breaking damage to garbage bags by a crow or a cat is insanitary and the scattering of garbage is very unpleasant, and that the crow or cat is immediately accustomed to a conventional spray liquid which has no persistence of efficacy by flowing down of the spray liquid or evaporating or drying of the spray liquid or running off thereof with rain even when sprayed and the use of the spray liquid in a large amount has a risk of injuring animals because most of solvents or ingredients of the spray liquid are noxious, etc.;SOLUTION: Attention is paid to a habit of breaking the garbage bags not by legs but by beaks or mouths of the crow or cat. Thereby, the spray liquid of a taste disliked thereby is provided. When the decoction of Swertiae Herba having strong bitterness is mixed in an aqueous paste and sprayed, the crow or cat does not break the garbage bags because of the strong bitterness. The aqueous paste used as a solvent prevents the spray liquid from flowing down from the garbage bags, causes no change in the bitterness even by drying and scarcely flows down even by wetting with rain. The decoction of the Swertiae Herba and aqueous paste are nontoxic and do not injure the animals. When the spray liquid is sprayed on trees and plants in a garden, the cat cannot groom furs thereof and does not invade the garden.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
