PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of a velocity distribution of thin suspension flowing in a microfluidic channel, and to provide a microfluidic chip used for the measuring method of the velocity distribution, and a manufacturing method of the microfluidic chip.;SOLUTION: This method comprises (a) a stage for acquiring image data by photographing the inside of the microfluidic channel by a fluorescence microscope, (b) a stage for acquiring image data comprising one color by filtering the image data, (c) a stage for forming a matrix by expressing numerically in a pixel unit the light intensity of a part where a locus of suspended particles is shown in the image data, (d) a stage for differentiating numerically the matrix to the advancing direction of the particles, (e) a stage for averaging each element of the matrix differentiated numerically in order to remove a noise, (f) a stage for calculating the distance between pixels showing the maximum value and the minimum value among averaged values, and (g) a stage for measuring a particle velocity from the distance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
