PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group purchase accomplishing apparatus and group purchase accomplishing method for easily and inexpensively providing group purchase services that is enhanced in security.;SOLUTION: A cooperative purchase accomplishing apparatus 1 comprises: a key generating and storing unit 2 wherein a public key 11a is generated and disclosed, a secret key 12a is generated, a plurality of distributed keys 13a are generated and transmitted to terminals 40 for purchase and copies of the plurality of distributed keys 13a are stored; a selling information receiving and disclosing unit 3, which receives from a terminal 50 for selling and discloses merchandise information 16a, encrypted authentication information 16b and minimum purchase number information 16c; a purchase information receiving unit 4, which receives partial decrypted information from the terminals 40 for purchase; a purchase information transmission unit 5 which generates decrypted authentication information 19a and transmits it to the terminal 50 for selling, if the number of pieces of the partial decrypted information 4a is equal with or more than the number indicated in the minimum purchase number information 16c; and a purchase determination receiving unit 6 which receives a result 6a of the purchase determination from the terminal 50 for selling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
