PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business model and a system, allowing a user to easily purchase a souvenir actually wished by the user.;SOLUTION: In this business model, a plurality of stores are preregistered in a management part; an order intake corner providing commodity information of souvenirs of the stores is provided in a lobby or the like of a hotel; an order from the user is received, and order contents of a commodity and a destination or the like are transmitted to the management part; the management part transmits the order contents to the corresponding store; and the ordered commodity is delivered to a designated place from the store receiving the order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
