PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an occurrence of trouble in delivery business, and prevent delivery vehicle operation loss.;SOLUTION: A delivery business management system includes: means for creating a delivery destination list and a receipt including a code image in which delivery information is embedded based on an order content of package delivery; means for reading the image of the receipt after delivery; means for extracting the delivery information from the code image of the image that has read the receipt; means for determining whether or not there is a receipt stamp from the image that has read the receipt; and means for holding the delivery information extracted from the receipt, the image that has read the receipt, and whether or not there is a receipt stamp for the receipt in a database and manage them.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
