DETECTION SIGNAL ACQUIRING SYSTEM FOR FAILURE DIAGNOSIS, FAILURE DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE AND SUPPORT SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the versatility of a detection signal acquiring system for acquiring detection signals and improve detection capability in a device for performing failure diagnosis of a circuit board.;SOLUTION: In proximity to a plane of the circuit substrate 1, a flexible substrate 4 of a predetermined shape and size is arranged substantially in parallel. The flexible substrate 4 is notched so that a part having a coil 21 as a sensing member and a wire pulled out of the coil 21 are not separated from a signal extraction part 7 from the coil 21 formed on the flexible substrate 4, and parts of the notched flexible substrate 4 are folded and arranged near the sensed object of the circuit substrate 1. For failure diagnosis, a detection signal obtained by the coil 21 of sensor area 20, corresponding to diagnosis object part selected from the coils 21 on the flexible substrate 4, is selectively sent by way of the signal extraction part 7 to the failure diagnosis part 10.
