PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot rest with a function to alleviate a swelling of the legs, in which a plate moving back and forth is mounted to a foot rest plate.;SOLUTION: The foot rest plate is provided with four plate fixing shafts, and mounting and fixing bands in right and left on the foot rest plate, a height adjustment plate and the plate moving back and forth arranged according to the position of the plate fixing shafts.
