PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lead rules easily foldable without generating paper powder at the time of forming the lead rules on a paperboard or the like for paper container, and also provide blanks for paper containers having the lead rules formed and a cutter for forming lead rule.;SOLUTION: A plurality of half punching lines 15 are formed with spaces therebetween on a ruled line 11 for folding. The lead rule 10 comprises the half punching lines 15 and parts not formed the half punching lines 15 in a ratio of 60:40 to 75:25. The lead rule 10 is applied on the paperboard or the like for paper container by using the cutter for forming lead rule so as to obtain the blank 100 for paper container having the easily foldable lead rule without generating the paper powder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
