PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely visually decide whether or not deformation causing any damage is present even when the deformation is recovered. PSOLUTION: As for an electronic card 14, when a card body or a card case body 1 receives such deformation as bending or twist resulting in the damage of the electronic card type 14, visually irreversible change is applied to a decision/announcement layer 15 installed in the card body or the card case body 1 due to the deformation, and the presence of deformation resulting in any damage is visually decided based on whether or not the visual irreversible change is present in the decision/layer 15 so that it is possible to announce the presence of deformation causing any damage.
